Where people to fall short is incorporating such food into their daily lives. Well here are some easy ways to add raw food to your diet.

Smoothies are quick easy ways to start your day off on a healthy note and an easy way to add raw food into your diet.
Always Have Fruit on You
Buy fruit in bulk and have some on you at all times. By carrying some fruit in that over-sized purse you already have, you are more likely to eat it and less likely to eat junk.
Eating dinner salads is a super way to add raw food into your diet. Start with lettuce, or your favorite green, and just start adding vegetable and fruit if your are up to it. This will add in healthy and help you eat less during dinner.
Fruit for Dessert
Skip the overly sugar cakes and pies and enjoy a nice fruit salad for dessert. It adds more raw food into your diet and keeps the bad sugars out of your body.
Get Out of Your Comfort Zone
Try experimenting with your food by adding new, different raw food into meals you already make. Make cooking fun and healthy!
Raw food may seem a tad scary but I assure you it’s easy to add into your diet, you just have to think outside the box.
