A personal testimonial from a Greens user: This is by far my favorite product! My three, four, and eight year old children take this product! If you put it in grape juice you will never taste it or see the color (it is green). We prefer to take it in the morning because it does give you energy for the day. Some people take it mid-afternoon when they start to feel tired or run down and want a nap! It is recommended that you take two scoops each morning in a liquid. If you are just starting out I would recommend you take one scoop and see how your body responds first. You can take it more times a day and more scoops at a time as well. You will want to experiment what works best for you.
