Health is such a huge part of everyone’s life, or at least should be. With personal health being so important to me, my team and my family, I want to take this time to note all of the health benefits of drinking water.
We all know how important water is for our bodies. We are made mostly of it and it is clearly the healthiest beverage to drink.

Drinking enough water is vital to our bodies. It keeps our bodies running smoothly, boosts moods, helps us digest food,appetite, energizes us, prevents most headaches, fights cancer, tones down protects our bones and joints, and helps us think clearly. If these benefits aren’t enough to have you reaching for a fresh glass, I’m not sure what would.
How Much Should You Drink?
Every day you lose water through breathing, sweating, and visiting the restroom. To live a healthy life, it is necessary to replenish this water. There are plenty of phrases that tell you how much water you should drink daily. These answers don’t always match up, so how much is enough?
The answer is your water needs depend on many factors, including your health, how active you are and where you live. There isn’t a magical equation you can fill out and get an answer. An average healthy adult male should drink 13 cups of water a day, and an average healthy adult female should drink 9 cups daily.
Now that you know the importance of drinking water, hopefully you will incorporate more of it into your daily life. Not only will it increase your health but it will make you feel better. Drink up!
