These wraps are meant for you to do yourself in your home. It’s really simple! You are going to start by wrapping once every 72 hours until you get your desired results (at least 4) and results are maintained by wrapping ONCE every 2-6 months. One wrap is a treat, four is a treatment and 12 can be a transformation!
Tips on How to Wrap
Before and After Photos:
To document the results, take a photo of the area you will be wrapping. This may seem silly but I assure you that you are going to want to see the results first hand. Take a picture before the wrap goes on and after the wrap comes off. When you take the wrap off, try to get the same distance and angle as in the before image. Since the wrap has progressive results for 72 hours you can take a picture right when the wrap comes off and each day. Trust me you are going to want to these results!
Take a Hot Shower:
Immediately before you apply the wrap take a hot shower to open your pores. Do NOT use any soaps or lotions prior to the application, this will block your pores and not allow the botanicals to work their magic. You can use a lo-fa or natural exfoliant, such as sea salt or sugar, to help open those pores even more.
Drink 1-2 glasses of water while wearing the wrap and and half your body weight in ounces for the next three days. If you weigh 150 lbs that’s 75 ounces a day. Try to drink a full glass when you wake up to get your body moving. Trust me it will help with the wraps and your body will love it! Drink up!
For the next three days stay away from fatty or processed foods, sugar, coffee, soda and alcohol. Be conscious of your salt intake and do not smoke anything. The wrap is working it’s magic and if you eat and stay healthy this is sure to maximize your results.
Wrap One Target Area at a Time:
Wrap only 1 target area at a time. Wrap ONLY your stomach. Your arms and legs can be wrapped at the same time (either both arms or both legs). Depending on the size of your arms/legs, the wrap can be cut in half and placed in the desired location. Wrap ONLY your arms or ONLY your legs. Stomach separate, legs separate and arms separate. Do not wrap them together!
